Step 1: Decorate and deposit cork.

To play, we require that each contestant drop a personalized cork into our container. At the start of the contest, the container will be completely empty. Corks and sharpie markers will be available at the store. You can decorate your cork while sampling our wine, or you can decorate the cork at home. As far as decorating goes, a simple signature will do, but the more creative and artistic, the better. Read about the “Corkvine” at the bottom of this page to see why we want such attractive corks.

Step 2: Guess the total amount of corks

Once you deposit your cork, you will be allowed to make a guess as to how many corks the completely full container will be able to hold, provided that no one else has already guessed that number. The longer you wait, the less numbers there will be to choose from. The contest will end as soon as the container is completely full.

Step 3: Win the prize

...provided that you are an excellent guesser. We will be notifying the winner by phone, and the prize can be picked up at the store or mailed to your address. We will also post the results on this page.

So what is the Corkvine?

The Corkvine is going to be a collection of all the customers’ personalized corks and used to decorate our tasting room. Don’t be left out... “Be part of the Corkvine!”
